The poor guy! My dad had to take my grandfather's keys away when he drove home on the wrong side of the road for five miles.

Deborah,
Even worse is when you're the passenger in car gone wild. I went grocery shopping with my grandfather, who was 86 at the time, and he insisted on driving, as he always did. After we came out of the store and got back in the old Wagoneer to drive back home, he put the car in drive, thinking he had it in reverse. When the Wagoneer lurched forward, he stomped on the gas pedal, thinking it was the brake. Hee-haw! Up over the median we went, taking out a couple of bushes and shopping carts, and almost plowing into the backend of a car just before I reached over with my foot and brought the Wagoneer to a stop.
"Huh, that's strange," my grandfather said. "It's never done that before."

Every time I see someone driving like, excuse my languge, an Ass on the road, there is a cell phone attached to that person's ear. I once saw a woman driving with a cell phone in one hand and a cigarette in the other! I thought, "My god! Who is steering?"

It's gotten so bad that they should implement a law. The cops out here are very revenue-hungry.

That's a huge problem over here, everyone's doing it but they don't slow down, they drift partially into the next lane and swerve back. It is against the law but no one gets pulled over.
