But when I started this project, a couple of the contributors made it clear that they wanted this to be traditionally published. So, I feel bound. There is NO fee to upload and list an e-book there! If you get an ISBN for it, ($35) you can even offer it through electronic booksellers (there are a bunch of them). I am going to get two ISBNs, one for print and one for e-book. Lulu allows authors to offer downloadable versions of their printed book at no additional charge through their site, (most authors seem to be offering a downloadable version for around $5) but it you want to offer the e-book version through any other retailers, it requires a separate ISBN.
