Sometimes, after a few rough nights, I get a surprise when I look in the mirror. "Who's that old girl? Oh, it's me!" My body thinks I'm in my early 30's, my mind thinks I'm about 20, but I'm well into my 40's. Eek! I always think of myself younger than I am.
