Some Questions for You
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the goals for my blogs. I’ve cut out one and plan to cut out another when I return. That leaves this blog, The Writers Buzz, and Self-Publishing with Lulu.
Is The Writers Buzz of any value to you? Do you read it anymore? Why?
So far, I’ve gotten some great feedback and questions on the Self-Publishing with Lulu blog. I plan on writing a walk-through instructional series, like I did last year. Lulu has long since updated its software and Distribution services, which outdates my original series a bit.
Right now, the focus of this blog is on novels. But I’d also like to include other series, such as photo and cook books. What do you think?

I hope you will continue. I found an article by you on Fred Charles site, http://fredquattrone.com/thetruth/ and thought you were right on about LuLu. Authors need good, unbiased information on which companies are good to use to publish their books. I’m creating a little community on my feedreader and will put your blog there now so hopefully I can interact more in your community. Blogging, as you know, takes a lot of time. That’s why I’m creating a small community to interact with. I think an instructional guide on LuLu will be valuable.

Sorry, Deborah, but I rarely visit the Writers Buzz. There’s no real reason for it. It’s just a time issue and I suppose I find this blog more personal…and I like that.
I love the Lulu blog and visit it often. That will increase this month, so you better not even consider closing that one down or I’ll have to fly to USA and hunt you down. (I’m joking, of course.)
As for this blog, I like the personal posts blended with the more serious posts. It shows the human side of a writer with a family. I visit here probably two or three times a week to check for updates.
I hope this helps you decide what to do.

I love the Lulu blog, so please keep it up!!!
I’ve tried to maintain several blogs, but I can never keep up with them. On my current blog, I try to keep the focus solely on writing and ignore the impulse to blog about movies and music.

I’m thinking about writing a book about Lulu. I’ll talk about that in more detail in my next post.
Karen: Thank you very much for the feedback about The Writers Buzz. I was considering taking it down by the end of this month before I left. Now, I’ll consider that a plan. Regarding my WP theme: The thumbnails were too wide for the sidebar. Glad you’re enjoying the Lulu blog and this blog.
