Setting goals is great, but in order for them to become reality, they need to be specific and you need a deadline I've found that even if you miss the date for your deadline by a week or so, you will much more likely accomplish it if there is a date. If it doesn't matter when it gets done, it never gets done. The Achievement Journal is so much more than just a place to write goals. It gives you a specific technique for writing goals that helps you make them become a reality....and a place to put pictures of your goals so that you can visualize daily what. it is that you really want.
