		<description>Thanks, Steve. PayPal was very good about resolving this issue quickly. As of yesterday, all of my money has been recovered. 

I agree, the idea of an implanted microchip is a scary prospect. Even scarier is the fact that our personal data is so easily accessible.</description>

Having micro chips (and I'm neither for or against them) implanted in your body won't solve the problem, sooner or later somebody will figure out how to access the info, and it might be as simple as carrying around a scanner that hacks through any security procedures and then lifts absolutely everything about you from the chip.

Personally I'd like to see smart cards introduced that you can use for everything from your library membership to credit cards and medical records, it might not be any more secure than any other method but at least I'd only have to carry one card where ever I go.</description>
