After hearing all of the complaints from Leopard users, I decided to wait until I heard what people had to say about Snow Leopard. If you’re thinking of upgrading, check out Engadget’s thorough review. What sold me is their testimony that Snow Leopard plays nice with Adobe CS3. That’s a big plus, considering that I don’t have to shell out any more money. For many people, the new upgrade won’t offer much more than they already have. But for people like me, who still run Tiger on their Macs, the upgrade will allow them to keep up to date, especially now that all the new programs on the market are pushing Leopard and above.

I’ve been a Mac fan for for 19 years now. The interface is great. I love the fact that I don’t have to wait several minutes for it to boot up, as well as the constant system updates.
My oldest son wants one very badly, but he’s going to have to wait until I can come up with the extra money or go out and get a job so he can buy his own.
